FISH Hospitality Program

FISH Returns to Bound Brook from April 27 through May 4

On Sunday, April 27th the FISH Hospitality program will join us once again. Sign up at the table in the parlor to provide a meal or spend an evening the Cave with our guests. As we help those in need, we grow stronger as well. Thank you for continuing to support this important ministry.

The FISH Hospitality program was welcomed back to our new church facilities in December and March. The families that stayed with us found not only a wonderful facility, but an enthusiastic and generous congregation. The Hospitality director and volunteers visited our church and the Cave - and commented on the beauty of our building the energy and kindness our members give the guests of the Hospitality program.

Now the Bound Brook Presbyterian Church faces it's own turmoil and uncertainty - and the temptation might be to put some of our outreach ministries on hold as we cope with our immediate challenges. Hopefully you agree that providing hospitality to families working to secure their own home or apartment is the work that gives this Church our identity.

We welcome those that need a place to stay, we provide hope for children here and abroad - and we understand that these are acts of love that show the presence of Christ shining in our lives.

About FISH

FISH Hospitality Network gives us the opportunity to welcome and care for women and families improving their lives one week at a time.

Become a part of this exciting ministry by preparing a meal, helping our cooks (5:OO to 7:30 pm), hosting in the cave one evening (7:30 to 10:00 pm), or helping our guests feel secure by sleeping in the cave one night(10:00 to 7:00 am).

Volunteering with the FISH hospitality program is a great opportunity to get to know other church members, or get together with friends to provide much needed support to people who are in need.

If you are interested in participating in this very important mission work please contact Tammy Newbold at (732) 356-9028, or Mark Huddell at (732) 560-9623.

Here's how you can assist us right away!

There are opportunities to donate time, food, and other needs to help families who are working toward self-sufficiency and independence.

Please contribute in any way you can!
