Our Caring Community

To be in instrument of God's love and to carry this love into the world around us is perhaps the most satisfying aspect of our empowering community.

As individuals we seek to remain aware of the needs of people around us. We are willing to respond by helping those who are greiving, are in ill health, have lost their home or job, or are experiencing family crisis.

As a community we train and enable our members to provide service and assistance to those who most need our support. We seek to provide leadership in response to changes and emergencies in our local community and the world beyond it -- to be a relevant part of the world around us and not just a building on the corner.

We invite you to explore the range of mission activities in which our members participate. Often, it is through these activities of caring that our friends become an important part of our family.
